Yes, we accept orders from almost every country! All the shipping price quotes are pulled directly from USPS's website, so you only pay what we are being charged. However, your purchase means that you acknolwedge and agree to the following:
Before you make a purchase, please read our disclaimer regarding returned, refused or seized orders:
-Illegal and banned products: Please check with your customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of products you are going to order from us and if any additional licenses or permits are needed. If you place an order and your local customs office determines that any product(s) are illegal, your package may be seized.
-Import taxes, customs duties and tariffs: Customers are responsible for additional customs fees, taxes or tariffs that may apply to your order. It is your responsibility to pay these fees or to contact your country's appropriate authority to discuss or dispute such fees. These fees are determined by your local authority. Supps4SwoleBros has no control over these fees and does not collect any money from them.
-Address or other customer error: If a package is returned to Supps4SwoleBros due to address error (or any other error) made by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred.
-Violation of laws: If a package is returned to Supps4SwoleBros due to violation of a country's laws, the customer will be responsible for any fees (such as quarantine, warehousing or shipping) billed to Supps4SwoleBros.
-Customer refusal: Supps4SwoleBros will not issue a refund if a customer refuses a package because of additional fees
-Customs seizure: If a package has been halted/seized by customs or abandoned by the shipping carrier, the customer will not receive credit for the order. The customer is responsible for contacting their own customs, office or other appropriate authority before placing an order and familiarizing themselves with any applicable regulations or restrictions. Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, delivery being delayed, or returned to us.
-Delivery failure, Destroyed or unreturned package: If a package has been destroyed by customs or the carrier, or has otherwise not been returned to Supps4SwoleBros, we cannot issue a refund for the order.
-For any returned package: Supps4SwoleBros will refund full value of any order that is returned within 30 days. Customer is responsible return shipment costs. Sale and Expired Items will not be refunded.
